Cancellations
Our products are ‘print on demand’ and are sent to production automatically, at which point data and money have already been transferred to the Print Provider. That in mind, we cannot accept cancellations.
Refunds
If a product has arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a refund (or free replacement, including shipping) of the damaged item.
Please contact us at website@8bitterpill.com within 14 days of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back, but we will need photographic evidence.
Please note that a free replacement is not offered in these cases:
– Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by you
– Products that were received as requested; however, you wish to have another size/colour instead
– Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1″)
Returns
As mentioned, we don’t require sending back faulty or damaged items. If one of these unfortunate issues does pop up, all we need is photo proof, which we will pass on to our production partner.
Changing Your Mind – Distance Selling Right of Withdrawal
If the order arrives in good condition, in the correct size, and has no production errors, due to the nature of ‘print on demand’ regrettably we are unable to accept returns and exchanges.
